Data collected
The professional contact form may collect your name, organisation, professional email address and the message you choose to provide. To protect the form against automated abuse, the site also processes limited technical security data such as the connection IP address, timestamps, a pseudonymous anti-abuse identifier and a short-lived security session token.
Purpose
The information is used solely to receive, assess and respond to professional communications addressed through this website and to protect the form, mailbox and hosting resources against spam, replay and automated abuse. Submitting the form does not create a marketing subscription.
Legal basis
The processing is based on responding to a communication initiated by you and, where applicable, on taking steps you request in relation to a possible professional interaction. Limited anti-abuse processing is carried out for the legitimate interest of maintaining the security, integrity and availability of the website and professional mailbox.
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by service providers strictly necessary to operate the website and professional email, including the hosting provider and Microsoft 365. This site does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, embedded maps or non-essential cookies.
Retention
Contact data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the communication and meet any applicable legal or professional obligations. Application-level anti-abuse counters use a rolling window of up to 24 hours and are stored only as temporary technical security data; hosting security logs may be retained separately by the hosting provider under its operational policies. If a separate professional relationship is later established, the corresponding retention rules will apply independently.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by contacting legal@imgomez.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
Security
Please do not submit sensitive, privileged or classified information through the initial contact form. The form uses server-side validation, CSRF protection, honeypots, replay suppression and rate limiting. A strictly necessary, short-lived security session cookie may be used only to validate a form submission; it is not used for analytics or advertising.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated if the functionality or processing activities of the website change.
